Groove Padel is expanding nationwide and we’re looking for exceptional spaces to grow into.

We’re seeking indoor units between 20,000 and 65,000 sq ft — retail, leisure, industrial or warehouse — as well as land opportunities up to one acre. All locations across the UK considered.

Brownfield, greenfield, or underutilised plots. We can work with planning-consented land or explore opportunities at pre-application stage.

We’re flexible on deal structure and equally happy to discuss a traditional lease or a joint venture with the right landlord.
